Demystifying the End of Life Experience
This six module course covers a range of end of life topics. They will include how to companion the dying, offer support to the caregivers, the role of the hospice/palliative teams, grief and an exploration of the mystery of death.

About the Event
Death is full of fear for so many people and yet we will all face it one day. Unfortunately, the wisdom of our elders is not passed down the way it used to be.
Where can you go to learn about death, dying and grief in order to alleviate your concerns?
We will discuss the gift of hospice/palliative care teams for patient and family support. The normal elements of grief will be explored along with the mystery of this very sacred and profound life transition.
This course runs once per week for six weeks from 6pm - 8.30pm. The course is limited to 20 attendees. Attendance - $250.
